Thursdays are my parents' off day. So they were determined to bring lil chick to places she's never been before. Previously we went to Fraser's Hill. This day, we head to Batu Caves.

Do you see the stairs... It's not that intimidating la haha. But climbing up was no mean feat either. Climbed too fast and my legs became wobbly and jello-ish haha. But in the end, all of us managed to reach the top la ofcourse.

Nothing much there actually, so we went back down again. Can't imagine how packed it would be during Thaipusam. The weather was SO HOT. But it was quite an accomplishment HAHA. There were so many birds flying around. So afraid they were gonna poop on my head!! @@

Saw some middle easterners praying using joss sticks too. Mimu posted a really interesting question. Why is it that the Chinese can go to Kuils and pray, the Indians can go to Temples and pray, and the middle easterners (Muslims) can go to Temples and pray too, but we can't go to the mosque and pray? Haha. Answers anyone?
